Comanche County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of 2000, the population was 114,996. It is included in the Lawton, Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area. Its county seat is Lawton. In 2002 Western District Commissioner Susan Ulrich became the first woman to be elected to that position in Comanche County.
